I have been thinking about doing this exhibit for quite some time and I think I just gotta get the idea going.... I may include a few other artists/photographers to be a part of this, if not it will be a solo show featuring the best of the best "Instagram" photos. All of the photography in the show will be taken from an iphone. I just think the idea is cool and we can really run with it... I've seen some REALLY great photography by the few people I follow on this application and want to share it with the world! Anyone that wants to participate, email me and we can get this going! I wanna do the opening June/July-ish.... Start spreading the word! More info as it comes... (DATE/LOCATION TBA)

Been working hard on some story boards for a series of short films about my life as a tattoo artist. Its been fun brainstorming and coming up with the concept! Shooting starts next week! I'm excited to sit down and make it happen! Keep an eye out for them...

Happy New Year Everyone! I'm very excited to start out the new year with a kick! So many new ideas and projects are in the works... I can't wait to share them! Big changes in the wind as well, so many things to catch up on and prepare for! One thing I want to focus on this year is traveling. I traveled tons in 2011 and got to scratch a lot of places off my list.  
I got to do my first guest spot tattooing at Tattoo Creations in Mukwonago, WI. It was so much fun to be around other artisits and discuss tattoos and art. I was lucky enough to tattoo quite a few people while I was there and am very humbled by the experience! Also, I got to meet Chicago Ed, a tattooing legend. He was super friendly and cool! He told so many great stories about tattooing back in the day, it was really fun to listen to them and see how excited he got telling them. 
I hope to do many more guest spots in 2012, starting off in Portland, Seattle, Arizona and New York. More details as the dates are confirmed. Please stay posted for news!

I am personally so hyped on this art show! So much time spent on preparing for this event! The wonderful people at Frenchy's Beauty Salon in Burbank are hosting their annual FRENCHY'S ROCKTOBER FEST in the heart of Burbank. There will be Booze, Music, food trucks and or course TATTOO ART! All of us at MADISON TATTOO have been working on some cool pieces to display for the festivities. The opening is Saturday October 1st, 2011 from 5pm-10pm. The artwork will be showcased through December 1st. Original art available for sale as well as some limited edition prints will be for sale as well. I will be there supporting a few of my entries and hoping to sell a few prints too! Hope to see you and say hello!

Been working so hard on creating a skateboard design. It was a lot of work but I had so much fun creating it I just may do a series of them!
